Was able to cut it to the shape of my jewelry box, the slots held all sizes of rings, from very wide bands to tiny little childrens rings, and the pieces all look beautiful on the black velvety background. I have close to 30 rings. I got this to organize them into a tackle box for easy display of my jewelry for myself. This protects them from scratching, easy to slide the rings into the slits. Rings don't slide through the slit: they stay in place. I am really so very happy with this product. I have a row for each style of rings!! The price was really good. I searched & shopped for something like this & this is the best out there. It is also easy to cut into a shape for the tackle box of jewelry.
