Perfect for Gifting Artisan Earrings By S. Winkler
I had purchased my wife, mother-in-law and sister-in-law some earrings crafted by a talented local glass artist. The earrings were delivered to me without a box. I considered going to a local jewelry store to purchase some boxes, but all of the jewelry stores I visited looked at me funny when I didn't want to buy anything. That's fine, I wouldn't want the ones I love to think that the fine jewelry they are about to own was made by some underpaid worker in a foreign country.
I was so glad to have found these boxes on Amazon.
Here are the pros and cons for me:
Pros:
Came in a 3 pack which was perfect, since I had 3 pairs of earrings to box up
Fancy schmanzy leather-type vinyl
Cardboard boxes in which to put your earring boxes. Kind of like a set of nesting dolls.
Cons:
These are very small, and ideal for some solitaire stud earrings.
If you're trying to put anything bigger than a dime sized earring in there, find a larger earring box.So so quality- gets the job done- NOT LEATHER By H. Sullivan
I am not thrilled with the quality of the boxes. The areas where the faux leather meets is sticky with glue as they are not terribly well made. The shape of the boxes and the additional white box for wrapping is nice. The "leather" is extremely fake feeling- certainly not real.Perfect By Karen
These boxes, although a little pricey for empty boxes ....were well worth it. They were perfect for the earrings I purchased as gifts for the Holiday's!
